1. General
These Terms govern the use of Ai11Reader, accounts, libraries, AI features and public pages.
2. Definitions
- Ai11Reader means the e-book reading and AI narration service.
- User means a person using the Service.
- Account means a user account.
- Credits means internal units used for AI features.
- User Content means books, text and materials uploaded by the User.
- SetskoPay means the Russian registration, payment and personal-data contour.
3. Registration and account
The User provides accurate data, protects access credentials and does not transfer the account to third parties.
4. Purpose of Ai11Reader
- reading e-books;
- AI narration;
- audio generation;
- library management;
- use of credits.
5. SetskoPay for Russian users
For Russian users, registration, RUB payments, consents and personal data may be handled by SetskoPay.
6. Restrictions
The User must not violate law, upload illegal content, bypass technical limitations or attempt unauthorized access.
7. User Content
The User keeps rights to User Content and grants the technical right to process it only to provide the Service.
8. AI features
AI output may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be absolutely accurate.
9. Credits and paid features
Credits are internal accounting units of Ai11Reader. 1 credit equals 1 RUB of accounting value. When purchasing a package, the number of credited credits corresponds to the RUB accounting value of the package. Credits are not money, electronic money, securities or a bank account. The user balance is maintained and displayed in credits. Currency amount and credits amount are separate accounting values.
10. Liability
Liability is determined by applicable law. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, network failures or provider actions.
11. Suspension
Access may be restricted for violations, fraud, security threats or lawful requests.
12. Changes
Updated terms are published on the website.
