Payment Terms

1. What the User pays for

The User pays for credit packages, AI narration, AI operations, audio generation and storage where applicable.

2. Currency

Russian-contour payments are made in RUB. International payments use the currency displayed in the interface.

3. Price calculation

The price is calculated by the server and displayed before payment.

4. Exchange rate

The calculation may use a manually configured USD/RUB exchange rate.

5. Fees

The price may include Payment Provider fees and infrastructure costs.

6. Credits

Credits are added to the Ai11Reader account and consumed by AI features. For RUB payments the credited amount equals the payment amount in RUB; for USD payments the amount is converted using the USD/RUB rate fixed at purchase.

7. Payment moment

Payment is completed after confirmation by the Payment Provider.

8. Credit allocation

Credits are allocated after payment confirmation and top-up processing.

9. Payment errors

If funds are charged but credits are not added, the User should contact support.

10. SetskoPay

For Russian users, RUB payments may be handled by SetskoPay.
