1. Controller and Service

Ai11Reader processes data to operate accounts, libraries and AI features.

2. Data categories

• email;
• technical identifier;
• alias;
• account data;
• IP address and user-agent;
• security events;
• uploaded books and User Content;
• AI jobs, audio files and AI usage history;
• support requests.

3. SetskoPay data

The Russian contour SetskoPay may process email, phone, Yandex/VK ID, consents, payment events and audit events.

4. Purposes

Data is processed for registration, authentication, library storage, AI narration, audio generation, credit accounting, support, security and contract performance.

5. Third parties

Data may be transferred to AI providers, Payment Providers, hosting providers and public authorities where needed or legally required.

6. International transfer and contour separation

Ai11Reader and SetskoPay are separated. Russian payment and identity data is not transferred to Ai11Reader unless necessary.

7. Retention

Data is retained for the account lifetime, contract performance and legally required periods.

8. User rights

The User may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where provided by law.

9. Security

The Service takes necessary and reasonable measures such as HTTPS, access controls and data minimization.
