1. General

This public offer is addressed to users of Ai11Reader. Acceptance creates a contract.

2. Provider and Service

Ai11Reader provides reading, AI narration and credit-based features. SetskoPay may be used for Russian payments.

3. Subject

The User receives access to Ai11Reader features and paid AI capabilities.

4. Acceptance

• registration;
• sign-in;
• pressing a payment button;
• payment for a credit package;
• use of paid features.

5. Service delivery

Services are provided remotely through the website and application. Credits are added after payment confirmation and technical synchronization.

6. Price

Package prices are displayed before payment and fixed at purchase.

7. Credits

Credits are internal Ai11Reader accounting units. 1 credit equals 1 RUB of accounting value. When purchasing a package, the number of credited credits corresponds to the RUB accounting value of the package. Credits are not money, electronic money, securities or a bank account. The balance is maintained and displayed in credits.

8. Payment

Payment is made through an available Payment Provider. Russian RUB payments may be handled by SetskoPay.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. User obligations

The User follows Service rules and does not attempt to bypass payment or technical controls.

11. Service obligations

The Service provides access within reasonable limits, accounts for credits and may restrict access for violations.

12. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Liability

Liability is not excluded where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Term

The offer is effective from publication until replaced.
