1. How to request a refund

2. Unused credits

Unused credits may be refunded in full after verification.

3. Partially used credits

The refund may be reduced proportionally to used services and actual costs.

4. Fully used credits

Requests are reviewed individually under applicable law and service quality.

5. Technical errors

If credits were not added, the Service checks the operation and adds credits or refunds payment.

6. Duplicate charge

Duplicate charges are verified and corrected after confirmation.

7. Review period

Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period, usually up to 10 calendar days.

8. Refund method

Refunds are made by the original payment method where technically possible.
